We want you to feel confident about your investment in mobile game development education. Here's what you need to know about refunds and withdrawals.

At Quinza Core, we understand that circumstances change. Our refund policy reflects our commitment to fair treatment while maintaining the quality and accessibility of our educational programs.
This policy applies to all learning programs offered through quinzacore.com, including workshops, full courses, and specialized training sessions focused on mobile game development environments.
Refund Eligibility
We offer different refund options depending on when you request withdrawal from a program. The timing matters because once we allocate resources and materials for your participation, we've committed both instructor time and digital resources to your learning experience.
Full Refund Period
Within 14 days of enrollment and before the program start date, you're eligible for a complete refund minus processing fees.
Partial Refund Period
Between 7-14 days after program start, you may receive a partial refund based on content accessed and time elapsed.
Non-Refundable Period
After 14 days from program commencement, refunds are generally not available except in documented exceptional circumstances.
Special Circumstances
Medical emergencies or significant life events may be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.
Important: The refund eligibility clock starts from your official enrollment confirmation, not from when you first access materials.
How to Request a Refund
We've tried to make the refund process straightforward. You don't need to jump through hoops or send multiple emails to different departments.
Submit Your Request
Send an email to info@quinzacore.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your full name, enrollment date, and the specific program you're withdrawing from. We'll need your original payment reference number too.
Initial Review
Our administrative team reviews your request within 2-3 business days. We'll check your enrollment date, program progress, and eligibility status. You'll receive an acknowledgment email during this period.
Decision Notification
Once we've reviewed everything, you'll get a clear decision via email. If approved, we'll outline the refund amount and expected timeline. If there are questions or issues, we'll explain those clearly.
Processing Period
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing times.
Refund Amounts and Calculations
How much you get back depends on timing and what you've already accessed. We calculate refunds based on a few factors that seem fair to both participants and our ability to maintain quality programs.
Before Program Start
If you withdraw before the official start date and within 14 days of enrollment, you'll receive a full refund minus a 50€ administrative fee. This fee covers payment processing costs and enrollment administration.
During First Week
Withdrawals during the first 7 days of the program receive 75% of the program fee. We deduct for materials accessed, instructor time allocated, and platform resources used.
Week Two
Between days 8-14, refunds are calculated at 50% of the program fee. By this point, you've had access to substantial content and instructor interaction.
After Two Weeks
Refunds aren't typically available after 14 days. The program has already delivered significant value, and we've committed full resources to your participation.
Payment Processing Fees
All refunds are subject to actual payment processing fees charged by payment providers. These typically range from 2-4% depending on your payment method.
International transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or bank transfer fees are not refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount.
Processing Times and Payment Methods
The speed of your refund depends partly on how you originally paid. Different payment methods have different processing requirements.
Credit and Debit Cards
Refunds to cards typically process within 7-10 business days from approval. Your bank may take an additional 3-5 days to post the credit to your account. We have no control over your bank's internal processing time.
Bank Transfers
Direct bank transfer refunds usually complete within 5-7 business days for Spanish banks. International transfers can take 10-15 business days depending on correspondent banking relationships.
Digital Payment Platforms
Refunds to digital wallets or payment platforms typically process faster, often within 3-5 business days. However, the platform's own policies may affect timing.
Note: We'll send you a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated. Keep this for your records when tracking the payment with your bank.
Special Circumstances and Exceptions
Life happens. We get that. Sometimes situations arise that are completely outside your control, and we try to handle these with understanding rather than rigid policy enforcement.
Medical Situations
Serious illness or injury may qualify for exception consideration. We'll need documentation from a medical professional, but we don't need detailed personal health information. A simple statement confirming the situation affects your ability to participate is sufficient.
Family Emergencies
Significant family situations like the death of an immediate family member or similar circumstances may warrant special consideration. We handle these cases individually and with respect for your privacy.
Technical Issues
If technical problems on our end prevent you from accessing the program, you're entitled to a full refund regardless of timing. This includes platform failures, missing content, or instructor unavailability.
Program Cancellations
If Quinza Core cancels a program for any reason, you'll receive a complete refund including all fees. We'll also offer the option to transfer your enrollment to a future session if you prefer.
What's Not Refundable
Some situations fall outside our refund policy. These exclusions help us maintain program quality and fair treatment for all participants.
- Completed programs where you've accessed all content and received a completion certificate
- Programs where you've violated our terms of service or code of conduct
- Third-party software licenses or tools provided as part of the program
- Certification exam fees paid to external certification bodies
- Promotional or discounted programs explicitly marked as non-refundable at enrollment
- Costs associated with optional add-ons or supplementary materials purchased separately
Account in Good Standing
Refund eligibility requires that your account be in good standing. If you've violated program policies, shared login credentials, or engaged in academic dishonesty, you forfeit refund rights.
Disputes and Appeals
If your refund request is denied and you believe the decision was incorrect, you have options. We want to make sure every case gets fair consideration.
Internal Appeal Process
You can appeal a refund decision by emailing info@quinzacore.com with "Refund Appeal" in the subject line. Include your original request details and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. A different team member will review your appeal within 5 business days.
What Happens During Appeal
We'll look at your case with fresh eyes. Sometimes details get missed or circumstances weren't fully explained. The appeal reviewer has authority to modify decisions based on the complete picture.
Final Decisions
After the appeal process, decisions are considered final. However, if your circumstances change significantly, you're welcome to submit a new request with updated information.
Policy Updates and Changes
We review this refund policy periodically to make sure it remains fair and practical. Changes are based on participant feedback, operational experience, and regulatory requirements.
Any policy changes will be posted at least 30 days before taking effect. Changes won't apply retroactively to enrollments made under previous policy versions. You're always governed by the policy in effect when you enrolled.
We'll notify active participants of significant policy changes via email. It's worth checking this page occasionally if you're considering future enrollments.
